The AZZA Helios 910 CaseThe case comes packed in a black cardboard box with a full size graphic showing the Helios case. The case’s name and style number are both written in an orange and red font, and the company’s website is located prominently at the bottom. The side of the case shows the specifications for the product, as well as pictures of the two different versions of the Helios. The sides of the box also have convenient handhold inserts.
As per the industry norm, the case is packaged in Styrofoam and plastic wrap to protect it from being damaged.
Once out of the packaging, the first thing you notice is the immense size of the cooling fan on the left side panel. The company’s name is also emblazoned on a silver tag on the front faceplate. The case is made of lightweight Japanese steel and solid black.
There is no doubt this case is built with cooling in mind. The obvious feature that sets the Helios 910 apart from other cases is the aforementioned 240mm blue LED fan. The case also supports up to four more fans, three of which are already installed on the top, the back and on the hard drive enclosure. The lightweight steel construction is fabricated with ventilation holes on all sides with the exception of the right side panel. There are also ventilation holes on the bottom of the case where an optional fifth fan can be installed. The case sits off the floor on rubber feet pads approximately an inch in thickness. For added cooling, there are two grommet holes located on the back to support liquid cooling systems. The front drive bays are covered with ventilated mesh for optimal airflow.
